We are pleased to be able to host Everfree Northwest as an in-person event once more this year on August 11-13, 2023 at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue.

The safety of all of our guests and attendees is our top priority. Due to the ongoing effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have put in place the following policies:

• Due to the high-traffic and congested nature of our vendor hall, well-fitting masks/face coverings are required to be worn by all attendees over the age of three years.
• Masking policies in the autograph room will be up to the discretion of each individual VIP guest. Any VIP guest may request masking in their autograph area.
• Mask usage in all other convention spaces is highly recommended, but not required.
• Up-to-date vaccinations are also encouraged, but not required.

Masks must cover both the nose and mouth and may only be removed (for a reasonable amount of time) while eating/drinking. Face shields alone do not meet the mask requirement.This policy applies to everyone, regardless of vaccination status.

Do not attend Everfree Northwest 2023 if you experience any symptoms which may be indicative of COVID-19 within a span of two weeks prior to the event.

By purchasing a badge, all attendees acknowledge that there is an inherent risk of contracting COVID-19 or other illnesses while attending any large public event, including Everfree Northwest 2023. Attend at your own risk.

Current con policies relating to COVID-19 (as outlined above) are subject to change as we adapt to any new developments, as well as local laws and requirements. This page will be updated whenever any changes are made.
